Anna lives with her husband and three young children in Memphis, Tennessee, a city whose perseverance and deep, soulful roots inspire her every day. Years of teaching experience and volunteer work fueled Anna’s passion for reading education and have influenced her writing as a Young Adult author. A lifelong learner, Anna has a bachelor’s degree in English Education from Pepperdine University and a master’s degree in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership from The University of Memphis. Anna’s favorite time to write is in the early hours of the morning, when everyone in her house is still asleep and she can sit in the quiet with a hot cup of coffee. Whenever she has a moment of free time, she is almost certainly on a tennis court, holding a paintbrush, or digging in her garden.
